Heroes on the China Threat
Individuals deserving special recognition for their work on the China Threat

Senator James Inhofe of Oaklahoma has boldly spoken out on COSCO and their intimate relationship with the Peoples Republic of China and the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA).   According to Senator Inhofe, COSCO is the merchant marines of the PLA of China.  Here is the link to Senator James Inhofe's official Senate website.
 

Former Congressman Duncan Hunter of California is a hero for his legislative vigilance on Red China and COSCO at Long Beach Harbor.  Congressman Hunter opposed their presence at the former Naval Air Station and at Pier J from the very start.  He led the legislative charge to prevent China from getting a foothold in Long Beach Harbor.  His legislative success and the will of Congress was circumvented by the Clinton Administration, allowing China a foothold anyway on American soil in this strategic area.

USIC Special Projects Director Ron Harper reviews the Pentagon Report to Congress on the Military Power of the Peoples Republic of China at the China Summit.  Harper was very critical of the report's soft peddling of the China threat to US security interests.  He was particularly critical of what had been left out of the report that could have given a better assessment of the current state of the China threat to US vital national security interests.

Dr. Roger Canfield leads a USIC group on a exclusive  tour of Long Beach Harbor as part of the China Summit at the Western Conservative Conference. Pier J is in Long Beach Harbor and he and showed  the military and strategic importance of the location of the COSCO port facility as a threat to US national security interests.  Dr. Canfield is the author of USIC's bestselling book on the PRC at Pier J, Stealth Invasion.

Former Congressman Bob Dornan at the USIC sponsored Western Conservative Conference (WCC).  Congressman Dornan is known to be a powerful advocate for America's  national security interests. He was the special guest a the conference and held a special night owl session after the last official session of the conference where the conferees gathered and got to ask questions and exchanges views on a one to one basis. 

Then Congressman Tom Tancredo delivers a memorable speech on the Red China at the USIC sponsored 2nd Annual WCC on the China Threat.  He outlined in stark terms that the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) remains a threat to the national security interests of the United States.  Read his prepared remarks.
