About US Intelligence Council (USIC) and the China Threat
Non-Profit, watchdog group:
We seek to educate and inform and
persuade about the significant threat to the national security
of the Untied States that the People Republic of China (PRC or
Communist China) poses to the United States and the Free World.
Despite the PRC's massive public relations campaigns to the
contrary, the PRC continues bad behavior that show that they are
indeed an enemy of freedom in the world. From industrial and
military espionage to cyber attacks to arms trafficking and
smuggling and other bellicose activities, PRC continues its
aggressive ("vigilant") behavior.
For many years before
9/11 a major thrust of our issue advocacy and educational
efforts has been to expose the breach in our national security presented
by America’s 361 harbors and ports. One of the chief exploiters
of this vulnerability have been Chinese shipping firms, such as
the China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO), which Members of Congress
of have
identified as “the merchant marine arm of the People’s
Liberation Army.”

"Rising
Red China threat, Chinese Seapower" addressed
by USIC Executive Director
The threat to
America’s security and economy
from Red China and from our policy failure to control our own borders were
the focus of the 12th annual Freedom Leadership Conference on Veterans Day,
November 11th, 2011. With remarks by United States Intelligence
Council Executive Director Jim Logue (New Jersey) this
year, the
annual Freedom Leadership Conference (FLC) has been held in the past
southern California, Miami, Florida and for
the past three years in Thurmont, Maryland before this first time being hosted in
Northern Virginia.

complete report on the conference including links to the video of our
Executive Director’s remarks, full text of several of the speaker’s remarks,

Statement” click HERE).
Assessing the Threat of Communist China
Periodic Conferences and
Briefings: Asking the Hard Questions About China
The
conferences and briefings are the highlight of the entire
year for USIC. There is great excitement about these conferences in
light of the post election analysis agenda and likely changing dynamic
of the China Threat.
We addressed the China issue at the
a recent China
Threat Summit at American Leadership Conference. we criticized
Congress and the Bush Administration for their failure to adequately respond to this
national security threat. The measures that Congress was taking
at the time were somewhat helpful but but nonetheless woefully inadequate.
USIC presented the Annual China Summit with large stacks of Save Pier J
Petitions that were signed by thousands of Americans in support of
eliminating the Chinese Control of Pier J in Long Beach, California. USIC investigation
found suspicious activities at the the facility and reported it to Mr.
Thomas Poe of the Port Authority of Long Beach, a government
entity.
The
Annual Leadership Conference (formerly the Western Conservative
Conference has hosted conservative favorite speakers such as Former
Congressman Bob Dornan and Congressman Tom Tancredo.
According
to a recent attendee of a USIC event:
"Thanks for
addressing the threat we face from China at your most recent seminar.
I have been concerned about the dangers America faces from China for
years now. And it's great that the U.S. Intelligence Council is leading the way in
raising awareness on this very real threat we face from China.
I hope you keep up the good work and that maybe finally more people in
Washington will stop turning a blind eye to the covert and overt
aggression China engages in towards America."
Hear
more great information on the Red China threat at the next conference or
briefing, we look
forward to seeing you there!
